I finally managed to try Temptation Vegan Ice Cream yesterday. I had to drive all the way to Sevananda, but they're the only place that carries it around here. I bought one of each flavor they carry. This is weird. Temptation has a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor, but Sevananda doesn't carry it. They didn't have the Peach Cobbler flavor, either. The idea of a buyer looking at the flavor choices in the distribution catalog and deciding against Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough just baffles me. Seriously! But I won't complain too hard, because the French Vanilla, Strawberry, and Mint Chocolate Chip were creamy and wonderful.
I can tell that the Chicago Soy Dairy guys really care about making a quality product, because each flavor tastes...special? Yeah, I'll go with special. I'm so glad Temptation is finally available in our part of the country! Now if only the Chicago Soy Dairy Soy Milk was available here, then everything would be great.
