Just before he tears your face off.
And! There was a breakthrough recently! Moe actually let Miles sleep near him! Eventually, Miles put his back feet on Moe, and....Moe let him do it! Here's proof:

It only lasted for a few minutes, but hey. It's one step closer to the two of them sleeping together in a ball. Hooray!
So, remember the personal chef I mentioned? He asked me to bake two dozen cupcakes and two dozen cookies for one of his clients to go along with the Thanksgiving dinner he is going to prepare for them. He has so much else going on with the dinner that he didn't want to mess with the baking that they wanted. So he hired a pastry chef to do the traditional pies, and me to to the others. How crazy is that?! I was extremely excited. Last night after dinner, I baked like the wind. Three solid hours of baking. I was a little stressed out, but the stuff turned out very well. I made double chocolate chip cherry cookies, pumpkin spice cupcakes with cream "cheese" frosting, and more of those S'mores cupcakes. Here are the S'mores:

and the Pumpkin Spice:

It was fun, but I was so tired after all of that baking. It wouldn't have been as bad had it not been for the three hours of traffic I sat in on the way home, and the sprained ankle I gave myself while rushing downstairs to feed the crying kitties. My ankle still hurts like a bitch. How long do these things take to go away? I don't think I have ever had a sprained ankle before.
I dropped off the baked goods this morning to the chef, and his van happened to break down at our meeting place, so I gave him a lift with all of his Thanksgiving accoutrements to his client's house. I had to pee when we arrived there, and I'm glad that I did because I got to use a beautiful bathroom! Rich people have the best decor, don't they? The mirror was this super thick framed dealie with hand painted birds on it, victorian style. and the walls were a coffee brown, and there were tree branches painted on the wall with wooden birds affixed on the branches. So neat.
I'm easily entertained, yes.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, eh? I hope everyone enjoys their day. I know I will, although I wish Ken didn't have to work. Poor Ken.
