We've been really busy this week, so there have been no exciting kitchen experiments. But Christy and I did see Tori in concert this past Wednesday. This will be my 8th (?) time seeing her live in the past 12 years.

Yay Tori on your birthday! I have seen her 3 times and the raspberry swirl muffins from my cookbook are named after that song, too. :)
