I was glad we had a chance to travel up and visit my mom yesterday. Here's my pretty mommy, who turned 70 last week:
And here I am with my oldest brother Scott and our mom. This picture of me makes me want to go fetal and weep while shoving cookies into my mouth, but it's nice to have a pic of all of us together at least.

what is it with that? i think the only good pics with family i have are a couple from when my brother visited me in california and we're both way drunk. yay. my mom is the worst though. she always looks angry in pics. except that one i have of her with a cosmo in her hand. hmmm...i'm seeing a trend here.
so drinking before pictures might be the answer. Hmm...
how cute! glad you got to hang with family.
the cookies look good too. if i wasn't trying avoid cookies, i'd be makin' those chocolate raspberry cookies right NOW.
