So I'm posting this way too late for Chris' "Men Who Cook" challenge, but I felt it needed a mention anyway because Ken not only cooked, but actually broke out a cookbook and followed a recipe!
While Ken is a smart, talented guy, and perfectly capable of feeding himself, I typically do most of the cooking around here. When the man does make dinner, it's usually a basic veggie burger or something. So I was super excited to find out that he was making the Spicy Almond Stir Fry from Vive le Vegan. We've had it before, and it's one of Ken's favorites now. Here's the stir fry with tofu, a variety of veggies we had on hand, over red quinoa:

We took the easy route for dinner tonight by making yet another pizza at home with Teese, black olives, fresh tomatoes, Tofurky italian sausage, and onions. I could probably eat pizza every night if we had enough Teese on hand. The stuff's just that good.
We will do some more "real" cooking once we have our next grocery trip. It's slim pickins around here come the weekend.
