Freakin' mozzarella sticks. Yes, we had fried Teese for dinner on Saturday. They were awesome, and I blame Elise.

You like how I put the salad greens on there, as if they were any match for the panko-encrusted deep-friedness that is vegan mozzarella sticks? I was worried about the Teese melting too fast during the frying process, but Laura and Kevin gave me the great idea to freeze the teese sticks before battering and frying. And overall, they held up just fine. And mighty tasty, they were. Ken and I ate about 1/4 lb. of Teese a piece that night. sigh.

OMG, just this afternoon I was thinking, "I wonder if I could make mozerella sticks with any of these fancy new soy cheeses?"
Yikes. This is not good to know.
Thank you making the sacrifice to truly explore this new vegan cheese, to help educate the masses. :)
Ooh, I'm dying to make those!
Wow.... this is just too much for me to handle.

Speaking of amazing vegan cheese...have you ever made the "Crock Cheese" from the Uncheese Cookbook?....it's so good...especially with a touch of liquid smoke...heaven!
Hey Celine- all I know is that you need to make a pizza soon!
Laura, Hopefully you guys will be so full of Millennium and Maggie Mudd that you won't have any more room for mozzarella sticks. :P
