hmmm ... perhaps they had a six-day week? it's nice to see how far we've come -- most husbands have stopped beating their wives, and perhaps most wives have stopped being dead inside ...
Woa, dude! That's crazy. It reminds me of the ads recommending your douche with Lysol and that one thing that was going around about how to be a good wife.
Ha, the first thing I thought of was the Lysol douche ad, too! After I asked, my mom confirmed that women did indeed use Lysol to douche back in the day. Yikes!!!
