I'm not even a huge fan of white chocolate. But I am a huge fan of these big ass fudge cookies. So I thought I would fatten them up even more with some white chocolate drizzled all over them. I think it was a good choice. I love this dang recipe! I first found it on Veggieboards via Tofu Mom, and you can find it here. I made these so big, that one cookie feels like a meal.
...which can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it.
