caaaake.

Cake is good. I recently picked up a copy of Have Your Cake and Vegan Too, and the first recipe I have tried so far is the Snickerdoodle Cake. Not chocolate, I know. I must have a fever. But I do love cinnamon too, and this cake came out very nice. Vanilla buttercream for the frosting, and topped with cinnamon and "sugar in the raw". I added a layer of Biscoff spread between the layers, and decorated with Biscoff cookies. Ain't nothing wrong with that.

Have Your Cake and Vegan Too looks like it's going to be a fun, fatty time. There's even a chapter on crock pot cakes!

I have never heard of Biscoff. Do you guys sell it online (yes, I'm being on of those assholes who asks you a question they could answer themselves online, but I'm using my phone right now)? That looks awesome.

Kris, you may have had Biscoff cookies if you've ever flown Delta. They give them out on flights. We don't sell them at Cosmo's, but you can find them at many regular grocery stores. Amazon has them too, I think. They're mighty good, also the spread.

Laura, glad you enjoyed!

WOW! So beautiful! I love Biscoff cookies and the spread. They started selling the spread at my Whole Foods recently.
